Been banking with them for years. If you need a loan or an account the people are friendly the tellers remember who you are. I've had two car loans with them so far they're great to work with an incredibly pleasant.

I had an account for almost 30 years. At one point they were a small bank and new my name. Since Kim has taken over and the bank changed it's name it's gotten even worse. I understood they are small and local and had no ATM other than the suggested ones that are free at Wawa. I understood the limited hours. However the online banking does not allow symbols or case sensitive passwords. (A low security password is great with online banking). I have had them call me after a withdraw to tell me they were incorrect about my balance and have to ask me for the money back. I have had my card canceled on numerous occasions where I had to wait until Monday for them to reopen my account. (great for the 15- 20 years that this was my only account!) And to add insult to injury, the last time I ever called them, Kim called me "Jenny" when confirming I am the account owner. Really? Even if you can't pronounce my first name, I have a common last name. I'm done. a .4% CD is the best they can do. Don't bother joining here. I have a money market at another credit union at .8% Shop around, this place is going nowhere fast. My account is done, I removed it from all my accounts and my payroll for my better credit union. Do your self a favor, any other credit union is better. I wish the nice lady Rosemary didn't retire.
