Our housing needs changed unexpectedly, as we were renting, and heard of Leo Mortgage from a friend. Jerome laid everything out on the line and was honest with us from the start. We had an interesting situation and he took the time to outline every thing we would need, when we would need it, and what to expect. His office personnel was just as responsive with phone calls and emails. The home buying process is not an easy task and Jerome and his team assisted us with professionalism and courtesy. I will continue to refer Leo Mortgage to any of my friends/family looking to purchase a home and will use them each and every time we decide to move. Side note: His wife was our real estate agent and had a wonderful experience with her. Power couple in the real estate business!

I had a fantastic experience working with Jerome. He was ALWAYS available to help me (even on weekends!) through every step of the refinancing process. Like another reviewer mentioned, Jerome treats you like family, and you never once feel pressured into agreeing to something you are not 100% comfortable with. I would do business with him again in a heartbeat!

Successfully closed on a mortgage with Jerome. We were first time home buyers and spent several months working with Jerome before finally getting an accepted offer. He was very helpful walking us through our mortgage options for each of the properties we evaluated. He and his team (including Jennifer and Edie) were so easy to work with and so incredibly friendly. In a world where things are so fast-paced and sometimes you can feel like nobody takes the time to really explain things and hep you, Jerome and Leo Mortgage took the time and really made us feel comfortable and part of their extended family. In the end, we settled on our incredible house and couldn't be happier. We owe a great deal of this happiness and positive outcome to Jerome and Leo Mortgage.
