I could never seem to get a real balance. I would go online and not see items posted that I knew went through, so the balance would end up being significantly lower than it was showing. I closed it and went to another bank and the day I did, they were yelling out loud my purchases and updating it as i was closing it. Do not look online, its pretty much worthless.

I agree i have automatic payments come out on the same day as my auto check deposit and they ding my account for being overdrawn because they pull over the the pay outs and then pull over my deposits. Also i have made deposits on weekends in their night box and then have bought something and i feel if the money is in the bank i should be able to use it. But they dont.

This is a wonderful Credit Union. Polite friendly employees. Prompt service every time I call or go in the office. I have found the new app to be excellent!!! We can now do mobile check deposit which is just wonderful.
