I'm sorry not impressed. First day I ended up with two different cards and so did my husband. We didn't not understand the mess they made. Then we went to fix the mess they made and they closed my one account and left me with one but then when I log into the website it say I have no account with them even though I do. I waited 30 minutes to open my first account then to fix mistake 15-20 minutes. I'm closing the account with them. One of the worst banks ever. I don't recommend them at all sorry not sorry.

I've been with PFCU for many many years. I've never had a problem with them. The only issue that is particularly annoying is the way they changed their website. You used to be able to view your pending transactions, but now it seems you can't. A little annoying, but I am glad they're open on Saturdays now.

Everyone that I have encountered via phone or in person have always been friendly and courteous. I have never had any bad customer service. I would refer my family and friends to open an account with this bank.

When I first opened my account I never received starter checks.They just gave me a company to order from and the checks were very expensive. Also, every Customer Service person you speak to has a different story or policy. I called thinking my account was in good standings and I had a chance to pay a bill before it closed but the customer service person said "no when one of your accounts close they usually close the other one then she said Mary or Betty should have told you that". I see that the customer service is the biggest complaint here why is nothing being done??
