Since the conversion my money I hate calling my bank! Suppose you are out of town and need to contract your bank! Happened to me.This new system is horrible. Also my money has not been accurate. Something is wrong! On my way!

I wish I could give ZERO stars!!! The website is the absolute worst. Customer service???? Good luck if the even answer. Been on hold so far 37 minutes. i WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT ASAP.....Thanks for NOTHING

I've been a member of Freedom Credit Union for more then twenty years. I really like being a FCU member. The employees are great and the interest rates are competitive. I only have good things to say about FCU.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. They make sure you understand those issues you have questions about and they take their time. Never rushed and very pleasant with smiles in their faces. I have been in many times and this has remained true.I know working with the public can be bothersome, but those employees seem to take it in their strides
