I am a realtor. I work with quite a few different lenders. My recent clients had a difficult loan file to close. I would like to plan ahead so not leave my work for last minutes so as I stared working with the loan officer, I asked him so ! It is disappointed that I have been working with loan star officer for 9 months and get them every single time all required documents and next month emailing you and again requesting the same paperworks. They never care about customers ! And when you have 3 days to close the loan and they just asked you for 30 days paycheck and consistently work 30 days work history! never has anyone requesting 30 days work timecard to get a loan!AlsoThey where trying to sell me HFA loan so end up to pay 100,000 more after 30 years but I went with another company and in 7 days they closed my loan with a lot lower interest rate and NOT FHA loan but conventional loan. Never I would recommend and trust loan star to anyone!!!
