Great service, flexible accounts, good rates, online access and transfers, minimal fees if any, it doesn't get much better.

Showed up at 4:20 pm to open an account... was told that it takes 45 minutes to open a checking account and that they couldn't do it today. They close at 5... You would think that a credit union, would want business. First impression is they have horrible customer service. I am sorry to be an inconvenience to you.

Great service, good rates, moving from another CU for these reasons and have been impressed with Rivermark.

I have used them for my banking needs for about 3 years. I loved that my account debit card was given to me on spot while opening account. Online, drive thru, and in branch service has always been top notch. One time I had my wallet lost or had it stolen in Portland. I didn't even know it till the next day I received a call from the credit union letting me know that they believed my card was fraudulently used. There prompt service saved me a lot of trouble and am extremely grateful. Online banking and check deposit extremely useful.

I have a had an exceptional service at Rivermark through Lydi. She first helped me with a credit card and a few months later a car loan. No matter how busy she is, she always has a great attitude. She truly demonstrates the true meaning of customer service. Thanks Lydi!
