As first time home buyers we were nervous and didn't know who to trust. I'm really glad we had Heidi to get things rolling for us. She knows what she's doing and she wont sugar coat things - just straight to the point and honest.

Heidi sets a record for non-communicative customer relations, I cannot even call what she does customer service. This is my sixth mortgage in my life, and I wanted to go local this time. Boy what a mistake. If you want your house to close on time call somebody else. Heidi flat out will put in as little effort and time as possible. She will never be in her office.

It's been a stressful time! Although Heidi knows her stuff, the communication is atrocious! We have not yet seen or spoken with her in person. She is constantly on the road. No information on the status or timeliness of things. When something is needed, her assistant, Scott, calls to let us know. He has told us on numerous occasions that he doesn't know what he's doing and doesn't know why Heidi asks him to do those tasks. It is completely aparent that he is inept, at best. Our closing date got bumped 2 weeks and we can't even get a response from her. I will not ever be using this mortgage company again. They are unprofessional and could use a weekend seminar in customer service, at minimum!
