U.S. Bank Branch in Stayton, OR

This branch collects tons of their money off of their correctable tactic of not posting use of the debit cards for days. Wells Fargo ( my bank) posts that you have used your card within minutes of using it. GREAT feature and well worth the change from US to Fargo. No I do not work for either of them but 2 of my sons got them for their account fresh out of high school. They had so many problems keeping track of their money. The bank counts on this and they spent probably as much on overdrafts as they ever rally had in their accounts. The bank was very nasty about it to them, and even me when I got involved. I was mad and the manager did not have any answer for why it takes days to post debit card use. She knew it was a rackett. Just thought people should now... -Gina

Absolutely the WORST customer service of any bank I have ever been to. This greedy, rude and outdated bank should be closed down permanently. Save yourself the headaches and frustrations and find another bank that values the customer and not just the shareholders.

I love this bank and all their employees. I have my business accounts and my husband and I have our other accounts there also. Every time we have gone into, or called the bank, we have received wonderful and friendly service. Wish I would have found them sooner.

I have banked here for years. These guys do a great with customer service. If you feel that they do not, them maybe you need to take a long hard look at yourself and how you are coming across to people when you are doing business in their establishment.
