I sent them a couple of accounts to collect on. The sales rep Corey was slick. He said their collection rate was over 90%. I turned over accounts to them. Never heard back until I called them after a few months. He then tells me that they will not be able to collect on these accounts and they have tried everything. I dont think they are capable of recovering anything.

These guys suck!! If zero stars were an option that is what I would have picked. I had a verbal payment agreement with these guys and held up my end of the deal. After only 2 months of payments (on time, I might add), they turned around and sued me! So, instead of paying over a 6 month period I had to pay within 14 days. When questioned on it, they told me they had no record of me ever speaking with anyone. They also said that they did not have an agreement on file. So, if you are in collection with them, make sure you have something in writing or they may screw you. They also, do not seem to know what the left hand is doing. It took me digging up my bank records to prove that payments were made. As for businesses looking to contract through them. In PCS words "you can rest assured that your customer will always be treated with dignity and respect". They do not. I was never treated with dignity nor with respect from this company. They were very cold and never once listened to what I had to say. I had to tell this one agent at least 6 different times that I had made prior payments. My whole experience with them was of utter frustration. They do not care about people or the curcumstances in which we ended up in collections. Very bad business practices. I cannot say enough negative things about this company. I felt like a bad enough person for having ended up in collections, they made me feel 10x worse.

Insulting, abrasive, and bullying employees, even when attempting to make regular payments. They are uninformed of their obligations, and even their clients complain of their unprofessional behavior. Ironic name, truly.

I had a bill that slipped through the cracks when I moved, I owed it I paid it. But they lied to me and said the bill had been mailed back as a ploy as to why it was in collections. when I called and talked to the utility they said nothing had been mailed back, so I confronted the collection lady and she back pedaled and said they tried to mail me a letter and it had been mailed back due to them putting the wrong address on it. I paid them, this was my fault..... but there is no need to lie to me about mailing me a bill.
