We worked with Jim Morrison upon the recommendation of our real estate agent. Everything went super-smoothly, from pre-approval to closing. He walked me through every step; we had no issue getting approved for something that was well within our budget as per our pre-approval. Quite a few documents were required, but nothing that was too difficult to find/track down, and of course that's the norm. We got a great interest rate, which he locked in for us on a day he said it was particularly low.
