This place has the nicest people I have ever encountered in a loan type business. So friendly and Kind. Keep up the great Customer Service!

1st and foremost I walked in all the employee's had a blank stare I was the one to say hi! 2nd there was a baby with the full swing set and everything just hanging out..not okay. I started to fill the form but after listening to the staff and their conversations I did NOT feel comfortable in any way shape or form to provide my information to people that would clearly gossip.When the gentleman asked me a couple question's he ASSUMED this loan was for my rent, was not private nor quite which is extremy rude! I told them I am going to skip on this you're not professional!! Crumbled my paper and left. This would of been my 1st loan & I shouldn't be fearful to provide my information to a business that try is mean to help people.

They went out of there way to help me and they were all very nice will tell people about this place

Was promised a phone call by a certain time frame. I'm still waiting for their response. This is a lack of credibility for me and strikes me as unprofessional. Keep your promises, even if you're going to tell me you need more time. That's fine. I'm really disappointed by all of the lenders in Oregon.
