They charge a 2$ fee for every transaction beyond 3 per month. They only have 2 locations both are closed on Saturdays and they lock the doors at 4:45 m-f. Even if you are already waiting in line they will turn you away at 5:01. They will not let you access funds from other credit unions. Everything must be done on the often broken vcom machines. Horrible customer service, rude employees, awful website. I am stuck with them because my employer deposits my vacation fund into their system.

0 Flexibility on refunding over $100 worth of fees out an account for a child!! My husband and I have had accounts with this bank since it was Oregon Rails credit union. We had great customer service in the past when it was a local bank in our town of Hermiston, OR. Since they closed down out local branch, we stopped making deposits and left an account open to keep our relationship with the bank and to use for an account for college/car fund for two small children. I switched to having my statements online and somewhere through the last two years our account went onto "inactive status" I have never experienced this with a bank before. We have been charged $5 a month for YEARS before we were contacted via phone to advise us of the inactive status. An account with $1150 now has $1000 and all they would refund was $10. I was lectured and chastised and will be closing my "inactive" account and take the kids money somewhere where it won't be fleeced in bank charges! I was unable to contact the bank directly, I have had to leave a message for them to call me back on their own time schedule. I have never had a bank so unwilling to negotiate for a long time customer who has never had this happen at their bank before. It's amazing they can still do any business!

It is inconvenient to have to go to a different credit union to transfer money. What's with that?

The absolute worst service. I had to cancel a trip out of the country because these people screwed me over. Put me a solid amount of money in the whole simply because someone couldn't click a button and have my debit card sent to me. Then they decided to lie about the date it was arriving. On top of that they are rude every time I come in. Pretty sad because my dad is a union member and I have had an account here since the day I was born. Do not bank here. This place will be out of business in no time.
