Rude, Ron did not even ask my name, volunteered information on someone else's account. Violation of FDCPA law.

Capital Credit is a great place to work. Everyone is friendly and nice to work with.

All what the other reviews say about Ron , is true he is rude and morbidly obsess , big dude that wears Hawaiian pants and short shorts, not a pretty . But yeah don't believe anything they say. An yes the lady name Jeanine is rude and obnoxious , They don't care and don't fall for anything they say, but you know what there a special place in Hell for all these people so let them treat you like crap Karma will catch back up to theme and we the consumers will get the last laughed.

Word of advise to collectors such as Janine and Ron, please be understanding to people and their situations. You're just making that target on your back bigger and bigger.

One day I got a call from these guys due to a bill for medical expenses for which I still owed. The agent (I don't remember his name) understood my situation at the time and was able to help me set up a payment plan. I was treated with respect and I really appreciated that.
