The staff is knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of jewelry. I got a weird vibe from them, that why I am only giving them four stars. We got an estimate on a ring here. Apparently my ring was unsellable, but it's all good.

I go in to get my guitar before the weather hits and I find out your store is closed on Saturday. My ticket says the 7th is when the money is due. It's the 7th, I have my money to pay my loan back and the store is closed! I saw a sign taped to the door saying they will honor loans being paid today on the next business day. I hope this is true. I hope I can get my guitar back, I have a photo of the note that you posted to the door as proof! This happened on 1/7/17 at around 10:30 am! Update: 01/09/17 Go to get guitar, manager aggressively gives me an attitude over the one star review. I don't appreciate being bitched out in front of customers. I understand the weather deal. But when you say you're upset over a one star rating on Google and have the nerve to tell me that I should change my rating if I want to continue doing business with you in the future, guess what? You're still going to get a one star rating. This is bullying, not customer service! And I refuse to do any further business with a bully! I can guarantee you if I were a man who had the same concern, I would been treated differently. Apparently the manager enjoys belittling women in front of an audience. I almost feel sorry for his female employees.

People that work here are a little arrogant not assholes just arrogant. Prices tend to be a little steep but also they are sometimes willing to negotiate on the price depending on the item especially if your a regular customer. Their pretty good about returns and exchanges also. I would recommend to always check electronics and whatnot to make sure they work before dropping cash but in the event you take it home and it breaks ten minutes later they won't give you a hard time (save your receipt). Never sold anything here so can't comment on that aspect

I love coming in here! We got my engagement ring and wedding band here. I have another ring we got for my first engagement ring but it was hard to find a band to go with so that's when I got the new one. I have earnings and a diamion hear shaped pendant. I love all of them. The employees are amazing! I have been in here countless times and I have NEVER had one bad experience at all.
