In a town with 3700 people, 4 other location within 15 minutes and high sales goals they aren’t pulling any punches. Be prepared to be offered every service possible regardless if it’s to your benefit or not and listen to the canned pitch tailored to make you think every last product is right for you. Need 4 checking, 8 savings accounts, 4 debit cards, billpay and a credit card? Well my friend they would love to set that up for you! The branch manager Bryan is an incompetent idiot walking around the branch with a sucker hanging out of his mouth full of empty promises. I understand he said that fee would be waived, but rest assured it will take several phone calls to complete this task, or any other for that matter if it doesn’t include a sale. The extent of his job only goes as far as exploiting friends and family or gaming for solutions. His ragtag two faced C*nt (I mean that with the strongest emphasis) of a sidekick Jodee together reign terror over those they employee, raining constant scrutiny, stress, and threats god forbid their goals aren’t met! leading to further exploitation of their own family members. How many children need 4 savings accounts with less than $5? If you perceive that smile as a welcoming gesture just remember if you say NO to the sales pitch your given, the moment you walk out that door the individual you proposed it will be harshly criticized and made to look like a failure resulting in more of those wonderful telemarketing calls you love to get on your weekend home. If you must bank with Wells Fargo I suggest the Silverton or Woodburn branch where tensions aren’t thick enough to ruin the lives of the individuals who are intoxicated in the fumes, so desperately trying to sell you anything they possibly can; just to avoid cowering alone in the break room with a tear in their eye questioning their existence.
