THE WORST BRANCH OF ONPOINT NEED TO FIRE STEVE THE BRANCH MANAGER I WILL BE LEAVING ONPOINT AFTER 12 YEARS BEING A MEMBER DUE TO HIS REDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE ,I WILL SPARE THE DETALS FOR THE CORPORATE OFFICE .

We have never had but great service, been a member sence 2006, have had now two auto loans, two business accounts and our personal banking and savings account with the oak Grove branch, we have also done transactions with wilsonville, Oregon city and Happy valley branches with no issues at all. Two names that stick out that I feel really cared about us as customers were Jeanne Beadle and Mike in the loan department, Jeanne took the extra time and went the extra mile to help us and get us taken care of, Thank you both for great customer service.

After being an extremely happy OnPoint member for 13 years (my parents for over 30) I am sad to say: DO NOT USE MORTGAGE SERVICES AT THIS BRANCH. We went in to apply for a loan, the woman we dealt with was scattered and unimpressive. She continued to be so as we worked with her more, so we decided to move to another OnPoint branch. When we tried to move our paperwork, the woman we dealt with called and demanded an explanation. When we told her our reasons, she didn't say a word and hung up on us. Very unprofessional response on top of already unprofessional service. EVERY other OnPoint employee we've worked with has been wonderful. Sad that this woman had to spoil that perfect record. Get your mortgage at another branch.

This is the worst location, they take 15 minutes to help customers, it never fails, if you have the time to chat and vent about your own personal problems go here, they will listen and listen some more regardless of the line measuring to the door, free therapy for all at this location,

This is a bank. Everyone is friendly, they answer your questions, and never make you wait very long to speak with a teller or loan officer. We have never had a bad experience here, but then again, we've never had a bad experience at any bank. If you're friendly, non-threatening, provide all the information they ask for, you will have no problem securing a loan or performing some other transaction.
