Called inquiring about my stolen bike to check if anyone may have tried to sell it. The lady who answered didnt ask other employees or even take any time. A simple nope. Careless.

Besides their extreme lack of variety of items for sale, their customer service (or lack of) would keep me from ever going into that store and spending a dime. No exaggeration, id much rather spend more $$ somewhere else, even if it was in a war zone, risking life and limb, then to help that business survive.all i could think about when i was there is breaking into their guns and blowing my head off

I have been buying jewelry from this business for a long time, however after my experience with your staff this evening I will be taking my business elsewhere. Exceedingly rude especially when you consider the value of the jewelry involved. Way to shoot for the lowest customer service guys! Merry Christmas

We needed a loan on one of our firearms to cover some bills. I've gone to USA Pawn a few times, and so we stopped by USA and got an offer. The new (Asst.) Manager at USA wasn't willing to budge on his appraisal, even though we have a history of paying off our loans. So, we drove down the road to see if we could get what we needed. We walked into ATG, and we're taken care of! I believe Aaron was the employee's name. He lent us what we needed (literally twice what USA appraised my gun at). The entire staff was very nice and helpful. I will never go back to USA after this. Why would I?

I have been a customer for many years, but tonight was the worst experience EVER!!! Erin's customer service sucked. I have bought and borrowed for many years. He is in the wrong business, no customer service at all. It has always been a 5 STAR business til today. I will collect my belonging and not be a customer again. Thanks Erin for a very bitter experience.
