All I can say is that I'm glad I'm not the only one.

I received a phone call from a lady there. Did not disclose any information as to who she was where she calling from letting me know she was sending a letter. Little did I know she was sending a garnishment for something my health insurance would have paid. Very shady company and dosent comply with Oregon State Law

Dishonest and unlawful company. Very disgusted with Jackson county and the state of Oregon for allowing the illegal operations of these scammers for as long as they have. I am currently working with SOC to pay off a debt and they have been very helpful! The first time I called I spoke with a man who would not set me up for payments that were less than $100/month. I then contacted the lady who originally called me and she set me up with an affordable payment plan, which helped me out tremendously! It's been about two years now of paying this off and everytime she calls to set up a new payment plan she is very sympathetic to my financial situation and works with me every time. I think it's funny that many of these other reviews are from people who "don't have the money to pay." Don't rack up a debt if you can't afford it. Thank you SOC for making this experience smooth and painless!

The lady the showed up to court was one of the rudest people Ive encountered. She tells me that I have a debt but cant tell me what its for. And says that if she brought those papers that says the information with her that she'd be in court all day. Is that not shady? Then she wants me to set up a payment plan. Why would i do that if you cant tell me whats the debts for. How do they get away with this? Do they scare people that much where people are willing just pay for the collectors to leave them a lone. Im at a lost with this place.
