Wells Fargo Bank in McMinnville, OR

They will lie to you to get your money.... so they can put you in overdraft and make more money.... All they do best and screw you out of money.... They knew I was on a fixed income still .... I owe them money and I'm in overdraft greatly.... You better off stuffing your money in a coffee can or mattress to save it....... ehem we try to speak with manager.... Ignores you.... So yes bring your money here to be charged to use your money

Terrible service. Came in on a Friday long line only two tellers. Needs better management.

Bad service. I've been banking at Wells for 20 years, sold my home, went inside the bank (which I normally avoid doing & use the ATM). Waited in line about 20 minutes while 3 tellers worked & one guy stood there with a clip board. After the long wait in line, they put a hold on my check from the Title company. Really..?! I should have just had the title company wire it. Big mistake. LONG lines, horrible service. Thinking of taking all of my business elsewhere.

Generally quick service with efficient and courteous staff including Spanish-speaking staff available. Additionally, free lollipops make the stop here especially sweet. My only quip is with the poor parking lot placement.

Went in to close my saving and checking accounts. First time the line was very long so the teller took my info for someone to call me to make an appointment. After 4 days, nobody called so I went back in. I talked to an associate that closed my savings account but said I needed to zero out my checking account. She couldn't do it apparently, so I went to the teller. After, I went back to the associate and there was ten cents in my account somehow. She said I had to again go to a teller and wait in line to zero out my account. Even though it was there mistake and only ten cents, I waited in line again zeroed out my account and when I went back to the associate she said my account was closed. I didn't trust her, and when I went home, sure enough my account was not closed. I called the bank the next day and had no response. I called the 800 number who closed my account. Had I not double checked, I would have had monthly bank charges which would then lead to overdraft charges because my account was zeroed out. Horrible horrible service.
