I've been with this Union for less then 6 months & had several issues when opening up an account my apartment number was entered in wrong which set me back weeks from receiving my debit card, debt pin & checks you would think since it was the Union's error they would have put in a rush for me to receive my card,pin & checks but that was not the case total weeks I had to wait to receive all my items was over 4 weeks which was really inconvenient for me because I had to come into the Union to do everything this caused me to file a complaint with NCUA I was being told my card,pin & checks were ordered again & again but wasn't finally they told me the person who handles that department was out sick this Union is not consistent when sending messages to members services online they claim there was no message received even after showing proof another recent issue I had was with disputing debt card charges I sent emails I went in filled out paper work showed receipt's & was still being ignored until I wrote a letter to the chairman this Union was not apologetic & didn't take the time out to make sure I wouldn't have any more mishaps these situations was not fair to me & was not handled properly from the beginning I hope to have better stand points for the future but as for now their customer service is not their strong point from my experience.

Shari our loan officer was so nice and helpful. Got our auto loan approved and check in hand very quickly. Best rates too.
