Working with Usher Financial Group is easily one the more pleasant experiences we’ve ever had in the financial domain. We had been paying mortgage insurance but knew we had enough equity in our house to stop paying that, and we knew that rates were low and may be rising in the future. Coupled with our desire to remodel a portion of our house, we decided to do a cash out refinance. We had started the process with our bank, who also was our mortgage holder, and it just didn’t work out.
