I've been a customer for 2 years. I've never been late for a payment. Stop sending me advertisements. I'm not interested in refinancing. Your spam mail is sent to me monthly and the envelope is always marked as 'urgent' or 'time sensitive'.

After a less-than-stellar experience with trying to refinance an apartment building in Portland through Wells Fargo, we were referred to Caliber by our Realtor. From start to (highly satisfactory) finish, they were professional, helpful, clear, patient and efficient throughout the process. Even when we hit a couple of unexpected snags, they worked with us to sort things out. Highly recommend them for anyone who wishes to do a refinance.
