Karen and her team are amazing! We needed to switch from a large bank lender more than halfway through our home buying process and were referred to Kahren by our realtor. She and her team worked incredibly hard to get our loan processed so we could still close on time. They were easy to contact whenever we needed anything and even though we were on a super tight schedule, took the time to walk a couple of tenative first time home buyers through everything. The only thing I regret is that we didn't start with them in the first place! I will absolutely be referring them to anyone I know that is even THINKING about buying a home!
