Beware, they are a California based company. Poor communications, the more you give the more they want. I was treated like a criminal, guilty until proven innocent on all documentation I gave them. It was never enough, they always wanted more. Everything exactly the way the manual reads and robot like answers from the lender. I encourage homeowners to keep there money in Oregon and out of California.
