What a joke. I answered the phone to hear someone coughing up a lung, it sounded really bad. After she finished hacking up what I can only assume was years of cigarettes in my ear she stated who she was and that the call may be being recorded. So naturally I asked if they had her disgusting display of lung expulsion on the tape. In the rudest tone of voice I've heard in awhile she half-assed apologized and said she'd like to move our conversation towards the debt in question. To which I responded that I'd like to continue talking about what I had to listen to upon answering the phone, which apparently represented some sort of impasse in our conversation so she threatened to take my assets and then hung up on me. These people are total slime and far more criminal than anyone they're pursuing for money. Watch John Oliver's expose on the debt collection business in America. These people deserve nothing from anyone other than a quick jab to the thoat. Stop paying them.

I'm not sure what all of the fuss is about. I noticed collections on my credit score report so I called the company. Spoke to a very nice lady and she negotiated with me as far as payment plans to pay off my debt. Maybe I got lucky but it seems like a very good company to deal with. Or maybe it was because I was actively trying to pay my responsibilities off...
