We love the travel center!! Friendly and helpful staff, easy to navigate store layout, and great variety of goods and services. Really enjoyed the food court. We had the pulled pork; it was yummy.

Dishonest management. Hidden facts and words games in process of renting RV. Management stated that there is bumper to bumper insurance on the RV's. But in fact there is no insurance that covers the drivers and Guarranty would come after the person renting the RV for the full amount of damages. Then they had the gal to say I am worry some because I want insurance. Doesn't most responsible people have car insurance when they drive.

David is my service rep now and I really like him. We brought the fifth wheel in and showed him what we wanted done and he ordered the correct parts and we got it fixed right the first time instead of having to reorder parts several times like last year and didn't have to wait months for the unit to be completed. He also checked on parts delivery and stayed in touch with me regarding whether or not my extended warranty would cover the work we were having done. The tech that worked on my unit came out and explained why something didn't work or what I was doing wrong when operating an item and that was very much appreciated. Overall a very good experience this year with many thanks to David.

I could not be happier here at Guaranty! I have been here only a short period of time and am a long way from home. I am from Tennessee and moved here around 6 months ago. I decided to sell RVS because this is thee most gorgeous place I have ever lived! There is so much to do outdoors! When I made the decision to sell Rvs I first came across Guaranty! A 5 star rated establishment! Do you know how hard that is to obtain??? Very hard, but not here! I have a family already and am no longer homesick! Thank you everyone at Guaranty, even the folks at the dinner!!!
