Southern Oregon Credit Services Inc in Grants Pass, OR

This place is horrible with how they treat people. I got a call from one of the collectors in November 2015, told me I could not make a payment over the phone, I informed her I was living in Ashland and she told me the only place I could make a payment was in cash in Grants Pass but they close at 3pm???? I call today and a nice lady instantly takes my payment over the phone. So i ask to speak to a manager to file a complaint due to the fact that I could not work for the past three months due to spinal stenosis I could not have addressed by a neurosurgeon because they wouldnt take my payment months ago. The manager tried arguing and literally put words in my mouth saying I called him "incompetent", I wish I had said that but I tactfully told him it doesnt make sense how his employers can choose as "debt collectors" when to or not to collect on a debt and how is he not able to ensure their job and training is adequate? He then started putting more words in my mouth more, directly refused to give me a managers name and the more I asked if it was being recorded the more he said they would not release the recording to anyone to show indeed he was lying. This is a horrible credit service, do not trust them and only pay what you have to to survive because they are callous and cold and cruel and stupid
