Terrible service. Can't get ahold of a person and you'll wait at least 30 minutes to finally talk to an inept person Don't waste your time with this institution. The loan department has drug their feet. Poor customer service.

GREAT bank. The people working here are the BEST. They have helped our family alot. They are truly a customer service bank. I forgot the woman's name who works the desk in the middle. She is very patient, full of good information, very helpful and...... I am sure we get the point. Kudos to N.W.C.C.U.!!!!! Oh P.S the drive thru is open Saturday from 10:00 - 2:00.

They are alright with me. Customer service was friendly. They don't have a machine to exchange coins.They'll hand you paper rolls, but they are the cheap and flat coin tubes. It'll take a while to maintain the shape of the tube for all the coins to lay flat. Jesus. Get a machine or better tubes. The only criticism I can offer for this place is no coin machine lol
