These are some of the fastest working people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Even if your paperwork is in order they will still be ahead of you asking for the next thing. Don't expect to have to wait days on end to get financing in order. whithin a couple of hours I was able to get pre approval and an offer written up. It would have been alot faster if I had all of my paperwork needed in order. They are a wealth of information. They truly make you feel like you are their only client. Don't get them wrong they are swamped with clients but they always seem to be able to answer my questions right away. Return emails or forward information. I used my VA home loan after shopping around josephine and jackson county and come to find out alot of the financial institutions in southern Oregon do not offer VA home loans sadly. Not the case with these folks. And I was able to ask specific questions on financiable zoning and wasn't given a short answer of "No we don't do commercial". My subject property was zoned forest commercial and they have had plenty of experience with that zoning. A very fast efficient professional experience and still able to give you that small town feel that we love. You will not be disappointed it was stressful working with alot of the other institutions but I felt totally at ease with the professionals here.
