Wells Fargo Bank in Forest Grove, OR

I would like to say these people are a effective and return calls but ohh wait THEY DONT!! The drive up teller was too busy trying to sell me some new account or current product that he messed up my payment and put too many zero's in it causing an over draft to hit and then I called to speak with them about what he had just done he (Bob) had re assured me that it would be taken care of and that he would call me back. well the incident happend on a monday and it is now Friday and I have been trying to get ahold of him and leaving messages and weird... NO CALL BACK... so to wrap this up.. There teller messes up, I pay the price of having to take time to call them and hash it out and no calls to fix the problem.. I hope Bob will enjoy seeing me today when i march my happy a** down there to see him!!! Thanks for screwing up a simple payment and not correcting the problem!

These people are so friendly and effecient. Even on payday at 430 when there's a bunch of peopl in there trying to deal with their money. Its a get in get out with a smile kind of place.

Excellent, quick, painless, great service from girls, love them

Money is mysteriously deposited. Then money is mysteriously missing. This bank cannot keep it story straight. They have taken money from my account and tried charging me for it. They have also deposited large sums of unknown money without my knowledge. They are more likely to tell you, "your problem is your problem" rather than actually help. They will take money out of your account, just to stick you with overdraft fees they think you won't notice.

This establishment has one of the worst customer service departments and handles their business with the least competent individuals I've seen in the industry. They're quite possibly one of the worst banks out there. I highly recommend anyone looking to bank visit pretty much any other local bank.
