U.S. Bank Branch in Eugene, OR

Was placed on hold for nearly half an hour with this branch inside the Albertsons. I was on hold long enough to drive over there and see four employees; only two of which were helping customers, one looking over another's shoulders, and one literally picking her nails and looking bored. I believe that if I had not showed up they would have left me on hold for another half hour or more until closing and left me hanging. Also a teller there misinformed me about the effects of closing a credit line on my checking account. Then when I went in to resolve it (still on that long hold), all they would do is wave the fees incurred for twelve months or change me to another account that would still have fees. If you want to have bankers and tellers that are actually knowledgeable and care about you, go to a different branch. Or even a different bank.

They were kind and very nice to me while I got started with my first bank account on my own. The first review, I don't know what could of happened but thats about the same time they got new people so probably were training.

US BANK STOLE FROM ME. GAVE ME TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TREATED ME AS IF I WAS NOTHING. I had an account with us bank for a long time. Until one day my insurance company took an automatic payment out on the wrong day. It overdrew my account bye 60$. The next morning I brought my balance back up. I noticed the lady who deposited my money also stuck me with a late fee. Even though the automatic system didn't catch it. They still took time out of their day to screw me over. Then I tryed to talk to multiple customer service agents who acted like they had no control over it. Like robots then just saw me as another statistic. They robbed me, and kicked me to the curb. I canceled my account because I don't like being stabbed in the back bye greet inconsiderate rich pricks who only care about their own well being. While the poor get shit on and the rich get richer, and no one seems to realize we are all in this together and that they are working for a nasty heartless machine that will destroy a poor person. NEVER USING US BANK AGAIN. And I highly recommend looking for a diffrent bank because they dont give a **** about you or your family. Just I giant machine that will steal from you. AND TO THINK I LET THEM INVEST AND USE MY MONEY ONLY TO GET SPIT ON.

Very friendly and efficient. not busy unless it's on the weekend at closing.
