Really terrible customer service most of the time. Most of the CSA's act as if the customers are beneath them or that the customer is bothering them. I just got off the phone with a CSA from the 7th st location & she was rude, cut me off several times & hungup before I could finish. ACE train your CSA's to treat customers appropriately cause without them ACE would not exist.

2 stars in about every way... they are quicker then other cash places though and it's not white stained walls which is nice

One girl in there is fabulous and helpful. Another girl was rude, treated me as beneath her and wouldn't answer questions. One time you go in and get one amount and the next time they won't give you half that amount with the same information.

This place would rather follow policy, rather then see a three year old boy sleep in his own bed tonight, DO NOT go to a place that's that heartless.

Went in one week and got approved for an account.didn't take it.Went in a week later to take the approved about and was denied. This isn't the fault of the girls, who were rather pleasant, but there was little assistance when I called the number provided.
