What the hell? "Professionals" is a word used to describe honest and efficient people who are good at what they do. After being "approved" for a loan back in October 2015, my wife and I are still waiting for these failures to wrap up the process. To top it off, they are just now asking for 2 years of renting history, which we don't have. Now being unsure if we we will even be able to get our house, my wife and I sit here 90 days past the original closing date waiting for any sort of response from them. Sloppy and frustrating process. Wouldn't recommend them to anybody who wants to move into their house sometime this century.
