Umpqua Bank in Clackamas, OR

Great customer service.

Crystal, Jesse, Chris, and everyone else there are always a pleasure to deal with. Edit: 5 years ago Umpqua was a great community focused bank that had low fees and great service. Since that time, Umpqua has relentlessly expanded and lost its focus on being the "Worlds Greatest Bank". It really just feels like another big bank without neighborhood charm. I've talked with many fellow business owners and my experience unfortunately seems to be the norm. It hasn't gotten so bad that I am actively looking for another financial institution yet, but I'm sure that is only a matter of time.

went in to see about opening a checking account, and had a wonderful time working with Megan and Kristin. (especially since they had irish cream creamer for their complimentary coffee) They got me set up with a checking and savings account and gave me a lot to think about for my future financial decisions, overall the best experience I have had at a bank yet.
