Rude employees will not go back you guys just lost $$$$$$$ good job.

this place looks clean and nice but thats litterally all it has going for them. the employees are arrogant and rude and their prices are awful. also dont try yo sell anything thier prices they give you are so non-competitive its sad. i can easily get double for things at pickers paradise a much better buisness.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Bought a collective DVD set. Could check because it had been taped together. As having experience in customer service I always double check the product to see sure nothing is missing and if used, not overly damaged. So, one of the dvds was missing, cane in text day to exchange. Nope. Was told too bad. It us what it is. Eat the money I spent.

The employees really go above and beyond to meet my needs. They show grace, trust, and integrity- and nothing gets me more fired up than a business with no integrity. I've been doing business there for over 3 years, and never have they been unfair.

A two minute walk down the road will bring you to a MUCH more professional and positive experience. These people are extremely rude and condescending. I always leave feeling dumb and used, no matter if i am the "purchaser" or the "seller". The employees jump into other employees deals to help eachother lowball the customers. Its a disgusting tactic, but is one they play well. The woman down the road gladly took my business when they wouldnt for a "fair" price. She's everything the animals in this pawn shop couldn't ever be..
