First Tech Federal Credit Union in Beaverton, OR

Staff is always helpful, friendly, and professional. As an institution, First Tech has always done right by me and after nearly 10 years, I have literally not a single complaint. Would (and do) recommend them to anybody.

Would not recommend at all. We have been members for over 5 years and in the last several months there have been multiple fraud issues and credit card numbers that have been hacked. Their card machines are constantly down, and I no longer feel that my money is safe in their possession at this point in time.

I've had my money in First Tech for just over 10 years now. My family and I always get excellent service at this branch in Beaverton. EVERYONE is friendly and knowledgeable! Recently, the bank manager helped me out with a money transfer that had to be completed before the weekend. He followed up and made sure it was done on time! I really appreciated the personal touch and so will you if you bank here.

If I could I wouldn't give a star for this bank. First off the new app. doesn't work, the deposit a check never works (wrinkled or torn edges) about every time I try to deposit a check. Second the account password that I create for my account, never works. Third they wont unlock your account anymore. There is no branch number you can call, the only number you can call that routs you to some head quarters bank only to talk to a help line who cant help you in the first place and will only send you to another help line that will return your call within a business day which is not true, I have waited up to three days. finally calling them back and then getting my account unlocked. This bank has a lot to work on before I ever even suggest this to someone ells.

Had to close my account due to lack of service/rude staff. I will never recommend first tech, I will suggest not joining.
