12 people in line 2 people working and they act like don't want to be here

My god ... No enough employees and always fully booked ... I wanted to wire transfer but they asked me to go to other branches.... Crazy...

I like this place never have any issue respect and good service all the time

This is the best Bank of America branch I've been to. The people in their are nice and I've made plenty of appointments with them in the past. If you ever meet an employee name Alex in there, know that he'll solve any problems you may have.

I don't like being one of those people who only leaves negative reviews but unfortunately this place continues to be one that is a regular disappointment. The teller I worked with was nice, but the branch in general is a joke overall. The line of 15 plus walk in customers (waiting in line over 30 mins) apparently has the same priority as the drive through window customers that just drove up (30 seconds ago). There was one teller bouncing back and forth between the two. She was doing her best, and the situation was completely out of her control. But I think she was set up for failure by the management on that one. There are 7 teller windows available and 1 operational at 5 pm, like they don't know people are coming in after work. Just saying. I don't mind waiting if everyone is tasked out, but when there are 5 other employees in the branch and only 2 are actually working while 3 others are texting and joking just behind the scenes it's kind of embarrassing. I hope the management takes note and makes some policy changes because I dread going in here if I can help it. (Try the BofA App or ATM before entering)
