They canceled my card because it got compromised in Corvallis but neglected to call me. It even said in their computer that they were supposed to call me but didn't. I called them later that day and they said they ordered my card. So I have to wait 7-10 business days for my card which is fine and normal. I come in to the bank a week and a half later to get some cash (7 business days) and they tell me THEY FORGOT TO ORDER MY CARD!!!! Like seriously?? How do you screw up that bad?! Worst experience ever. Hopefully I don't need to get anything online anytime soon. DON'T JOIN THIS BANK!!!
