IBC Bank Jerry Garcia 1203 S Cornwell Dr Yukon, OK 73099 Re: Visa Gift Card Mr. Garcia, Saturday afternoon, I called your bank and asked about purchasing a Visa Gift card and was told that you all sold them. I went to the bank and the teller said that she couldn’t do it but that another person could but was busy with a customer and would help me. I waited about 10 minutes while the other person ‘chatted’ with her customer and finally came out and asked if I could be helped. I told her that I wanted to purchase a Visa gift card. She asked me if I had an account with the bank. I said that no I was not she then told me that she could not help me unless I had an account with your bank. I wish that someone had told me that I needed to have an account there so I would not have wasted my time and could have gone some where else. There is always only one bank teller working. It's been this way for a while and looks like it's not going to change. They're more interested in saving payroll then customer service.

Service getting worse, only one teller at any time, and they do not get in a rush, very slow. I use to always get excellent customer service years ago but it is getting worse and worse.
