I love arrest and have had an account here for a while. Today however, I was very close to closing my account. The manager there Cassidy Cultur (not sure on the spelling) was being very rude to a customer and then when it was my turn did not give me proper customer service and even questioned me on my honesty on activity on my own account. When I told her who she made me feel all she said was that she was sorry I felt that way. I have never been treated so horribly by this bank before. I will not return to this location and am close to shutting down my account all together. Bankers beware.

I will be closing my account of 9yrs soon. Everything about this Bank has went downhill in the last few years. They've cut their hours, no one that works there anymore seems to know what's going on, they overdraw my account ALL the time by delaying money transfers and deposits, I had my account information stolen and things bought, they refuse to return my money or validate the investigation because it was online purchases, even though the name the stuff was sent to is no one we know or could be related to. They cancel our debit cards to send updated ones but then FORGET to actually send new ones. We own a business and cannot have delays like this. I used to recommend them to everyone I know, but not anymore.
