FMS Inc in Tulsa, OK

They put a false collection on my credit report and messed up my credit. I'm not sure how to get it taken off either D:

This group harasses you all the time They put so much pressure on people They end up in Hospital Syncroniny bank uses this company And they hole Walmart and SAMs Club credit Cards So be warned Walmart and SAMs uses this company

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS - They called me regarding a debt collection for a balance of $222.20 for an account that has had a $0 balance since August of 2015. They knew my address, they knew my personal info, and they gave me a fake number to Synchrony Bank which I called and asked for my SS#. Also asked for my account number and routing number because they were "having issues running a debit/credit card" over the phone. My complaint with the FTC is filed, and in the process of hiring an attorney. I'm not the only one, google "FMS Inc. scam"

Most rude collection agency I've ever dealt with. I hate it, but sometimes, even when making a payment, you will get sent to collections. I've always been able to work well with other collectors. They are just doing their job. I have a great relationship with works and lentz and mbs. I make regular payments to these people, but this company is downright rude. When I explained to the young man that I have an interview for a second job tomorrow, and as soon as I get a 1st check, they will receive a payment, he went on to tell me I wasn't cooperating because I wouldn't tell him my address. He should have my address. I'm not 100 percent sure who you are, no way in hell I'm giving you my address over the phone . He was rude and hung up on me. So unprofessional. I really hope St. Francis stops using this company.

Be very careful of this business. Read everything they send carefully.
