These people are so rude nasty hateful. I can not tell you how frustrated I am. I had an item in pawn I didn't want to lose it. Even the male supervisor was very rude. I had to wait on hold for 10 min to speak to a supervisor I have the time of the call on my phone I subtracted 2 minutes for the person I was talking to initially even though it didn't take 2 minutes, and there is still a 10 minute hold. I don't recommend you taking anything to this pawn shop. I have never seen such rude nasty customer service in all my life.

This place is now called EZpawn(again)...avoid it at all cost. I tried selling a like new recording studio bundle(280 online new) the lady flat out lied and said they were only going for 80. Which isn't true(I looked at the prices before I steped foot in there) the interface sold by itself is over a 100 dollars. Funny thing is a few years ago I tried to sell my microphone to them, same location(they were going for 160 at the time) and they offered me 15 dollars. Well the day I went to see what they would offer me for my bundle they had that same microphone(which was the first generation of that mic at the time...the company is on it's 2nd at this point) for 90. So some how my recently released recording BUNDLE(interface, studio headphones and Mic) is worth less than the microphone they tried to lowball me for about 3 years ago...haha I don't know what I was thinking, I usually go to craigslist. Which is where I sold the mic some years back for 100, and just sold the bundle for 200.

The employees just don't seem to care about the customers. If you do get helped, always seems to me like I'm inconveniencing them or something at the same time. Sometimes can find decent deals though.

Total a-holes! I had my house robbed at 41st and Peoria and went in to this and golden pawn. Golden pawn showed me the video of the kid who stole my stuff and put it on a CD for the cops to pick up. I went here and one employee said yea he looks familiar and then the manager came out told him to STFU and get in back then told me to get a warrant for video and I better hurry because his system only lasted 24 hours. They didn't even take the xbox and ps4's the kid stole from my house they just wanted to be total a-holes about it. ( it was the neighbors grandkid had him on my home cctv also )

Very rude customer service. They all have an attitude problem with customers, and the damage your property while in their posession and refuse to pay for those damages. They devalue your property and then expect you to not notice or care. They've damaged one of my guitars in the past, and given me absolutely the lowest amount of money they could give. It's ridiculous! This chain needs to be shut down. That, or they need to actually treat customers right and give them a fair shake on pawning items.
