Credit Max Auto Sales in Tulsa, OK

Sold me a car one week ago today and driving off the lot it had a very bad bald tire..they fixed it so it was okay...couple days later I notice a burning smell, sometimes the blinker works sometimes it doesnt, squeaky brakes out of nowhere and possible fuel pump and transmission problems..the car jerks a lot and all of this just started happening in less than a week of having it. The guy Bill said if we have any problems call them and they'll work it out..I called and they told me "they cant do anything about it" and wouldn't even listen to me.

I've had 2 trucks and a car from here. If you get a lemon they're pretty good at satisfying you. My 2nd truck was repoed because we couldn't afford to keep it due to engine issues. A few months later they allowed us to get a 2008 ford fusion no problems. I've had my 1st truck for 2 years and still going strong. Love this place! !

I refuse to give business to people who are not only rude but extremely eccentric. If you do not know how to handle sales calls you are definitely in the wrong line of work.

Terrible company and they literally sold my car the week after I got my car repossessed and they didn't even give me a chance to make any payments because they never called me about anything. I don't recommend these people.

I hate credit max because I traded them my 1998 z-71 for a 2006 mazda 6 that had a bad battery, 1 brake light a parking light were out and nearly cost me a ticket. Then I checked the oil and there was maybe one quart in the motor. A day afyter that the radiator cracked and it's mid December and it wasn't even winterized. I smelled little or no coolant. As well as the check engine light popped on(before the radiator issue). They towed the car Friday and it's Tuesday now and still no radiator or way to get to work much less the grocery store. Piss poor mechanic, they detail but do not service their vehicles so beware. I cannot stress how little care they put into their cars before selling them. Especially in the winter. If I could have went and undone the deal we made I would have, they suck. I am a service tech. and I believe every passenger vehicle should be safe and reliable before it is sold. These temperatures could be dangerous with kids in the car when your "new" car breaks in 4 days. Verry neglectful. They can't even replace a radiator in 5 days, something isn't rite.
