The don't protect their customers. They don't have any proof of the account that took from our card many times and still said after 15 months it wouldn't be blocked anymore so we canceled our account.

Great customer service when account is current and actually even if account gets past due. This site isn't open for customers though I'm told. Have to call the customer service number.

First off the customer service is very hard to understand, and I have made payments on time and I still have issues, and I still owe. How is that possible? When I ask to speak to managers, I am ignored.
