Their charges and fees are ridiculous. You can go to any other bank and get better customer service as well. Most of them are rude and uncooperative. I wish I never would have banked here at all.

Wish I could give zero stars. Card declined after being told my payroll check went thru called and spoke with a woman who refused to give me her name after cussing at me. Would not let me talk to a manager! After asking 5 times and saying "so you are refusing to give me your name?" Finally said Trisha. I don't even know if it is her real name after her refusing to give me her name. I have NEVER had a company treat a customer like this before! Closing my account!!!
