Stopped at the drive through to cash a $50 check drawn on this bank. (5 figure account balance) Yes, my name is also on the checking account. I was told since this is not your check we can't help you in the drive through since it's for customers only. WTF?? You'll need to come inside so we can get a thumb print. I said I'm ON the account and could have signed the check myself. I guess that means I'm not a customer. Guess what, very soon, that cash will be moved elsewhere. Lousy customer service.
