Peoples Bank and Trust in Ryan, OK

Started an FHA streamline refinance process, nothing but nightmares. After not hearing a word after a couple months they reach back out and request more info that was already provided. I am sure we lost a rate lock in the process and then the terms of the new loan started changing. Finally going on three months we schedule a night to sign closing docs. No one shows. On 2nd night we are scheduled for 6, receive a call at 7 stating they are trying to find a notary and then at 9:30 another call saying they are on the way.....I don't think so, told them to keep there mortgage. Loan officer was very unprofessional and at times rude, kept asking for information I had already provided and always had excuses. Would not recommend, find another company and get it done right!
