All lazy people and bad customer service

I have had nothing but problems! They will not order things over the phone you have to go into the bank. I don't want to go to the bank. Even if you give them your social,birthdate, ect they will still not doing anything over the phone. Isn't that a little inconvinent!?! They have shredded my debit card on accident twice in the past 6 months!!!

Arvest has been great. Their consumer loan specialist, Amanda Crittenden-Griffin, is the best. She goes above and beyond to do a great job and she is the reason I bank at Arvest.

Good place with a friendly staff. Multiple locations with easy access ATMS! Little to no monthly chargers!
