I am so angry with TrueSky (FAA) credit union! My debit card information has been stolen, and someone in Hawaii is cleaning out my checking account. I have been trying to cancel my debit card via the mobile app, the website, and via the phone. My wife finally got through to someone on the phone and they they were able to lock the card... 3rd party so they can't do anything else. I moved all of my accounts away from Tinker Federal credit union because they are a-holes and have horrible rates. But at least they would call me if anything suspicious was happening with my account. In fact, I got called on every out of state trip. I guess I'm in the market for a new bank again... this kind of incompetence can't be forgiven. I will never be able to trust this credit union again.
